Do I need an appointment?

Yes please. We work on a one-to-one appointment only basis, you have exclusive use of our whole boutique and we only have one bridal party here at a time, so to ensure availability we do require you to book in advance. We advise coming for your appointment 4-6 months ahead of your wedding, for further details on this please go to the FAQ further down ‘How far in advance should we shop and what are ordering timescales?’

What are your opening hours?
Wednesday evenings 4pm – 7pm

Saturdays 9.30am – 6pm

Do you have parking?
Absolutely, we have a huge (and free) onsite car park all to ourselves with parking for many cars. However, please park considerately (parking one behind the other if necessary) as there may be other bridal parties leaving as you arrive or coming in after you. Please note that there is nowhere to wait inside the boutique if we have bridal parties booked in before or after you, so please wait in the car park and we will come and wave you in!
What sizes and colours are your samples and what size range can be ordered?
Combining all of the collections we have around 140 dresses in 52 colors and in 30 styles. We will have either a sample dress of every colour available for each designer, or a swatch book.

Sample sizes of dress available to try on in the boutique range from XS/UK4 to 6XL/UK26, some gowns can be ordered up to 7XL/UK28. To embrace individuality, inclusivity and a positive experience, we make sure there is something for everyone to try.

What prices are your dresses?

Do you stock options for tweens or flower girls?
Our fabulous Jacqueline Louise multiway dresses come in a tweens size suitable for girls aged 5/6 up to approximately an adult size 6 and start at £99.
We will be expanding our offering to include flower girl dresses in the near future.
What happens if I cant get all my bridesmaid together on one date?
Don’t panic! We’d love to see all your ladies with you at the appointment if possible, but we also understand that sometimes it’s difficult to get everyone together at the same time. If one or more of your ladies can’t attend we will send you through our ‘How to Measure’ guide so we can order the best size for them in their absence.
How long is an appointment & how much is the appointment fee?
Up to 4 bridesmaids – 1.5 hours
Between 5 and 7 bridesmaids – 2 hours
For 8+ bridesmaids – 2.5 hours

Appointments are subject to a £20 consultation fee. This is non-redeemable, refundable or transferable.

How far in advance should we shop and what are ordering timescales?

There are two equally important answers to this question!

Practically, the ideal time to come is around 5-6 months before the wedding date. Some dresses may only take a 2-3 weeks to arrive, but if a dress is out of stock it may take closer to 12 weeks, you then need to allow time for alterations on top of that. If you are on a shorter timeframe we can still help, we may just be more limited in what is available to order.

Emotionally, you should come for an appointment when you are ready to choose and order your dresses (assuming we have the right dresses for you), if this is 4 months ahead or 12 months ahead then either is great. But please consider carefully if you are ready to commit, our designers are changing, updating or discontinuing styles and colours frequently, so what you love now may not be available at a later date, and we would hate for the dresses you love to no longer be available down the line. When you come for your appointment you need to be choosing from the collection that is available at that time. Please contact us if you have nay questions on this.

What are the payment terms?

We will take a 50% initial payment at the order point and the 50% balance when the dresses are ready to be posted to you or collected. Or of course you are welcome to pay in full at the time of ordering!

Alterations
We are pleased to have an ace team of recommended trusted seamstress who can assist you in making sure the dresses are the perfect fit for your ladies, or of course you’re free to use your own seamstress if you’d prefer. We will supply you with the list at the time of ordering. We recommended making contact with your seamstress as early as possible, they may not see your ladies until much closer to the wedding date, but you need to secure their availability ASAP.
What happens when the dresses arrive?
At your appointment you will be talked through the options for getting the dresses to you once they arrive. We can either:
– wrap, pack and pop them in the post….beautifully wrapped of course
– or steam and prepare them ready for you to collect.
Both services are subject to a fee.
